I loves teh spam

Just got this in my inbox. It made me laugh. Perhaps Barry Scott should do the voice over for the TV ad.

I gotta tell you something. Some years ago I used to watch porno often. I always admired those guys cumming.

They splashed out so much sperm on their girls, it looked so cool, so manlike.
Now I have a girlfriend.. but quantity of my sperm was so scanty, that I felt ill at ease.

I was advised to eat green apples but even this didn’t help. A month ago I was hanging around at the bar with my best friend. And he said that I should try MAX LOADS. Well, I thought, sounds interesting.

Next day I came to know that it was really a highly effective all-natural dietary supplement, which not only increases the sperm volume but also improves the sperm quality and the mobility of spermatozoa.

Having ordered and tried I was shocked how cool it was.

I’d even say, it changed my life. I’m happy. I even became a better lover, knowing how it all would end.

MAX LOADS - spread the love

Never meet your heroes…

…and you’ll always be disappointed.

Apologies in advance if this post seems really sycophantic, but fuck it. I’m still smiling.

Last night I went to see Frank Turner with Rich, Laura, Kylie, Julie and Tony.

Frank was walking around whilst the support act, the excellent Gabby Young Collective, were playing, so I thought I’d go over and say hi. To be honest I half expected him to be arrogant, but he turned out to be incredibly friendly and approachable.  He told me about what really happened behind the scenes when he played his awesome live lounge set for Mike Davies’ Lock up. You got the sense that he genuinely gave a shit about his fans, which was a refreshing change. I later bought him a drink, and a copy of his 5 track CD. Talented and a nice guy. Chesney Hawkes take note, you were neither…

First up was the guitarist from the Gabby Young Collective; Michelle Lewis had to cancel, and so this guy stood in. He was pretty good, though none of his songs other than a cover stuck in my head. Next up were the GYC, who played a really good set. Gabby has an excellent voice, and a decent band behind her, and although it’s not really my style of music, they were still pretty damn good. She seemed like quite a nice person as well.

Finally Frank Turner took to the stage, and blew everyone away. The man is a fucking genius. He was stage for a good hour and played mostly original material, with a couple of covers thrown in. Stand out tracks were The Real Damage, Romantic Fatigue, Thatcher Fucked the Kids, After The Rush Hour, Casanova’s Lament and Nashville Tennessee. Oh and that fucking amazing cover of Dancing Queen, in which he holds a note at the end for an eternity.

Hopefully I’m gonna get to see him play again at Collision Course.

An awesome gig. Left me with a smile on my face despite the fact that I’d been ripped off for £400 earlier in the day.
