Well actually the same blog, different url.

I’ve lost any comments left on the last one, I’ve got them backed up as a feed, but it won’t add them to this blog without adding them as individual posts.  I now look like a virtual hermit instead of just an unpopular fucker haha…

I’ve made a few decisions.  Well kinda.  I don’t want a fixed plan yet, I’m gonna wait and see what finances are like (see below) as well as work load, before arranging anything.

I’m moving back home.  I can afford to live here, but life is too boring and too comfortable.  I’ve been here for a year and a half, and have had a lot of fucked up gatherings and good times, but I feel like I need to move on.  So move on I shall.

I’m going to Thailand sometime this year.  I’m not sure when yet, I’d like to avoid the rainy season, which is July to November.  I also want to see England win the world cup whilst in this country (eternal optimist).  I also want to see Muse and Goldfrapp play.  So I’m guessing sometime in autumn.  Maybe in summer if I get bored.

I don’t really want to go into details yet, but I’m currently facing legal action from a fuck off corporation over the use of an image that’s 200×132 pixels.  I used the image, they asked me to remove it, I promptly did, and they now want £1284 in damages, and threatened over 5K in legals costs.  I should be able to get out of it by offering them a small settlement however, and can fuck them around in the small claims court.  If I didn’t have free legal advice, then I’d be a bit fucked.  (Thanks Lisa x)  They must rake in a fortune by picking on smaller sized companies, and bullying them into paying up.  I’m tempted to replace the image in question with a $1 pic from bigstockphoto.com, and offer them that as compensation.
